Master How To Remain Calm

Some simple ways to calm yourself down:

BREATHE… Calm breathing involves taking smooth, slow, and regular breaths.

  1. Take a slow breath in through the nose, breathing into your lower belly (forabout 4 seconds)
  2. Hold your breath for 1 or 2 seconds
  3. Exhale slowly through the mouth (for about 4 seconds)
  4. Wait a few seconds before taking another breath

USE LAVENDER OIL… Lavender oil has been known for its calming effects. Adding a few drops of Mantra Lavender Spike oil to our oil diffuser may help us feel calmer and more relaxed.

GROUND YOUR ENERGY… Whenever possible, place your bare soles on the ground (outside in the nature) for at least 10-15 minutes and calmly breathe into your lower belly. Another alternative is to use grounding crystals, such as Black Tourmaline, Shungite, Smoky Quartz or Garnet.

MEDITATE… It is said that regularly practicing meditation establishes a secure connection between our internal and external worlds. Studies have shown that meditation improves self-image and self-worth. When we meditate, we get a clear picture of our mind and become aware of the thoughts that drive our emotions and actions at the moment.
